The strain was developed by first crossing a ruderalis with Haze Special and breeding until it was 100% autoflowering, then crossing back with a resinous Colombian mother from California state to stabilize the genetics. This strain can grow over 2 metres outdoors and produce upwards of 4 ounces, unlike most autoflowering strains which are indica dominant, Super Cali Haze is a pure Sativa strain. It's referred to as a 'Super Auto' strain because it grows so large and takes 100-120 days to finish flowering while remaining autoflowering. The strain is noted for maintaining the classic Haze characteristics in an autoflowering format, being over 90% sativa dominant and offering the cerebral effects associated with traditional haze varieties.
