Sweet Chunk is a hybrid cannabis strain developed by Alpine Seeds, created from a cross between Sweet Pink Grapefruit and Deep Chunk IBL. The Sweet Pink Grapefruit serves as the mother plant while Deep Chunk was selected as the father strain. Deep Chunk is a relatively unknown pure Afghani IBL in Europe, renowned for its incredible resin production and vigour. Sweet Chunk combines many positive attributes from both parent strains. This F1 hybrid offers growers excellent resin production, an extremely delicious sweet and fruity aroma, and unbeatable potency. Due to the strong influence of Deep Chunk, the plants grow very homogenously and stable, with little phenotypic variation. The strain produces compact and solid buds coated in substantial amounts of resin, and like most typical Afghani strains, forms a large main cola with smaller but very dense nuggets on lower branches.
