Tao Purple

Hybrid

Also known as: TAO PURPLE

Tao Purple Strain Overview

Tao Purple is an indica/sativa hybrid strain developed by Top Tao Seeds through a complex breeding process: Oldschool Bohemia X Purple #1 = Oldschool Purple, then Oldschool Purple X Oldschool Bohemia = Bohemia Purple, and finally Bohemia Purple X Purple #1 = TAO PURPLE. This strain is a classic variety that has been cultivated for several years in the Central European climate, having twice succeeded in Cannabis Cup competitions.

Most plants change color to purple when given plenty of sun, or conversely during frosty autumn weather, they darken to a deep purple color. In optimal conditions, the plant reaches monumental proportions with high yield, growing to heights of 2-3 meters. The plant has high resistance to diseases and mildew, making it a robust choice for outdoor cultivation. It can be cultivated outdoors and in greenhouses with a flowering time of approximately 53 days (7-8 weeks), typically harvesting in September. The strain is only available as regular seeds, never feminized.
