Thai Lights Strain Overview
Thai Lights is a sativa-dominant hybrid cannabis strain originally bred by Dr. Atomic Seeds, a breeder based in Canada. This strain represents a genetic cross between a Haze plant from Nakan Pranom in northeast Thailand and Dr. Atomic's own Atomic Northern Lights strain, combining the energizing effects of Thai landrace genetics with the stable, robust characteristics of Northern Lights. The second generation of this strain is shorter, grows more vigorously and gives greater yields than its predecessor, making it both easier and more fun to grow. The strain has gained recognition for its balanced effects and distinctive appearance, featuring long, winding red and orange pistils that dance among the frosty layer of trichomes covering the green foliage. Thai Lights releases an enticing scent of citrus, accompanied by the earthy richness of freshly churned spicy soil, reflecting its exotic genetic heritage. The strain maintains the traditional Thai Haze profile while incorporating the resilience and bushy growth pattern associated with its Northern Lights parent.

Thai Lights Strain Growing Information
Thai Lights is an ideal candidate for even first-time cultivators. The strain is very easygoing and resistant to many molds and mildews, allowing her to be planted inside or outdoors. Most recommend waiting between 9 and 11 weeks for full maturity, allowing users to be gifted with a sizeable harvest. With more influence from its Atomic Northern Lights parent, the plant grows very bushy for a sativa dominant hybrid, and as such, grows well in operations with restricted space. Maintaining the fantastic Thai Haze profile, this strain flowers indoors in about 10 weeks, and gives an eventual harvest of 60 grams per plant if treated with plenty of light. The strain flowers in 56 to 63 days indoors and in mid-October outside. In ideal conditions, Thai Lights yields up to 15 ounces of bud per plant, an average-size yield.
