This strain represents the third filial generation (F3) in the Ursula Berry breeding line, descended from Ursula Berry F2 #9 crossed with another Ursula Berry F2 phenotype. The strain was bred to stabilize the desired traits from its parent lines, which trace back to crosses involving Hashberry phenotypes, Legend Berry OG, and Teddy Gramz genetics.

As an autoflowering variety, Ursula Berry F3 contains ruderalis genetics that allow it to flower automatically based on age rather than light cycles.
