This breeding project combines energies from two distinct BSV Genetics lines to create a strain expected to exhibit berry-grapefruit characteristics with a bushy growth pattern featuring many bud sites and sativa-like qualities, yet maintaining a shorter flowering period of 8-9 weeks. The GeeGee parent is described as a feminized first-generation self-backcross (SBX1) derived from Gorilla Glue genetics, specifically bred to bring out lemon and coffee terpene profiles from the original Gorilla Glue's hard-hitting effects. The NineTails father strain is a 100% indica with a profound and mysterious background, reportedly acquired from underground sources and passed through various hands including soldiers, natives, strain seekers, and budtenders in Oregon. This strain is said to have been kept on mid-western Native American Cherokee lands and was likely brought to the United States in the 1980s during the Cold War by U.S. troops from the Hindu Kush mountain area, where it remained hidden on reservations due to its less skunky scent and short stature making it ideal for guerrilla growing during prohibition.
