Wild Thai Buddha
Wild Thai Buddha Strain Overview
Wild Thai Buddha is a predominantly sativa hybrid created by breeder Boston Bob through a cross between a selected Wild Thailand mother from World of Seeds stock and Thai Buddha pollen obtained from Feralx in Australia. This cross is a selected Wild Thailand mom from World of Seeds stock that was pollinated by Thai Buddha pollen, I received from Feralx in Australia. The Thai Buddha is believed to be from Australian seeds in the 90's. The strain represents a fusion of two legendary sativa lineages, combining the high THC potency and tropical characteristics of Wild Thailand landrace genetics with the energizing properties of Thai Buddha.
Wild Thailand, one of the parent strains, is a pure sativa landrace created as a descendant of the infamous Thai Landrace strain bred in the Ko Chang archipelago. Pure landrace coming from the islands of Ko Chang (Thailand). Is one of the varieties with the highest content in THC of the world. The Wild Thailand genetics contribute exceptional potency, with some phenotypes testing over 20% THC, along with traditional Thai characteristics including elongated internodes, citrus and fruity aromatics, and intense cerebral effects. The Thai Buddha parent adds additional energizing sativa properties and appears to moderate some of the extreme growing characteristics of pure Thai genetics, making the resulting hybrid more manageable for cultivation while maintaining the desirable psychoactive properties of both parent lines.

Wild Thai Buddha Strain Growing Information
Wild Thai Buddha is an mostly sativa from Boston Bob and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors (Where the plants will need a flowering time of ±70 days) This strain exhibits typical sativa growth patterns with tall, stretchy plants that develop long branches and narrow leaves. Indoor cultivation requires adequate height clearance and training techniques to manage the plant's natural tendency to grow tall. The flowering time of approximately 10 weeks makes it more manageable than pure landrace Thai strains, which can take 12-16 weeks. Boston Bob's Wild Thai Buddha is/was never available as feminized seeds. Growers should expect moderate to high yields with proper cultivation techniques. The strain performs well in both indoor and outdoor environments, though outdoor cultivation in temperate climates may require greenhouse protection. Plants benefit from LST (Low Stress Training) and SCROG (Screen of Green) techniques to maximize light penetration and control height. Nutrient requirements are moderate, and the strain shows good resistance to common pests and diseases inherited from its hardy landrace genetics.
