This strain represents a carefully crafted hybrid created through the crossing of a selected Purple Pakistani Chitral male with an aromatic Bubba Kush cross known as Sakura (Katsu Bubba Kush x Wookie15). The breeding program aimed to combine the stability, pathogen resistance, and distinctive purple coloration of the Pakistani genetics with the unique aromatic profile and vigor of the selected Bubba Kush lineage.

The strain is characterized by its anthocyanin production, which contributes to its purple coloration, abundant trichome development, and rich purple incense aroma. The Purple Pakistani Chitral male parent contributes sexual stability, resistance to autoflowering and pathogenic fungi, stocky branched morphology with broad leaves, and the signature purple coloration. The female Sakura parent was specifically chosen for her anthocyanin production, secondary metabolite production, rich woody mothball potpourri aroma, abundant trichome and essential oil production, sexual stability, lateral branching, and overall vigor that distinguishes it from conventional Bubba lines.
