The strain was created by crossing a special Erdbeer selection from Helvetic Seeds (obtained through an Austrian outdoor grower) with Dutch Treat by East Island Seeds from Canada. After seven generations of breeding, this stable outdoor strain with indica-dominant characteristics emerged. As an indica-dominant strain, Zmäkdaun exhibits the characteristic bushy and compact structure typical of indica varieties, making it ideal for outdoor growing, especially in cooler climates. These genetics typically produce relaxing and sedative effects, perfect for unwinding and stress relief.
